In a quick but intense 10 minute class you will be able to TOTALLY exhaust your Thighs, Hamstrings and Calves. Once the timer starts you will quickly move from leg exercise to leg exercise. When the timer beeps at the end of the 10 minutes (you will be begging for that), the session will be over.
